I came home on Monday and was pleasantly surprised to find a pile, well, 5 additional post cards in the mail from around the world. This wonderful collage comes from Aliette Couete in France. Love the half-cat half bird thing going on and the fact that they both look like they were made of the same materials gives the image this feeling of an ancient Egyptian deity. Normally considered natural enemies the cat and the bird have become on all powerful creature.
